We're looking for a key member to join our marketing team. High standards and responsibility are the name of the game, but you will be supported, and most importantly, trusted.
Responsibilities:
- Research, evaluate, implement, and maintain martech stack.
- Conduct needs assessments and scope / manage cross-functional projects.
- Improve quality, accuracy, and consistency of lead and pipeline scoring, reporting and forecasting.
- Maintain data integrity of SF, i.e. cleansing, organization, quality, and synchronization between website, Pardot, and Salesforce.
- Track and analyze activity, attribution, and results of the marketing and sales efforts and provide analysis and recommendations to improve performance.
- Develop dashboards and reporting to deliver actionable insights on marketing / sales performance.
- Train current and new team members in tools, processes, and productivity.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years administering stacks
- Tag Management tools, e.g. GTM
- CMS tools, e.g. Wordpress, Drupal, etc.
- Customer Data & Analytics tools, e.g. GA, Amplitude, etc.
- CRM and Marketing Automation tools, i.e. Salesforce / Pardot
Relevant skills:
- English fluency, spoken and written
- Understanding of APIs
- Vendor management
- Basic coding skills
