Marketing Operations Manager

Technically savvy with hands-on experience implementing and integrating systems and the ability to scope and communicate requirements with the engineering / product teams?

We're looking for a key member to join our marketing team. High standards and responsibility are the name of the game, but you will be supported, and most importantly, trusted.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, evaluate, implement, and maintain martech stack.
  • Conduct needs assessments and scope / manage cross-functional projects.
  • Improve quality, accuracy, and consistency of lead and pipeline scoring, reporting and forecasting.
  • Maintain data integrity of SF, i.e. cleansing, organization, quality, and synchronization between website, Pardot, and Salesforce.
  • Track and analyze activity, attribution, and results of the marketing and sales efforts and provide analysis and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to deliver actionable insights on marketing / sales performance.
  • Train current and new team members in tools, processes, and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years administering stacks
  • Tag Management tools, e.g. GTM
  • CMS tools, e.g. Wordpress, Drupal, etc.
  • Customer Data & Analytics tools, e.g. GA, Amplitude, etc.
  • CRM and Marketing Automation tools, i.e. Salesforce / Pardot

Relevant skills:

  • English fluency, spoken and written
  • Understanding of APIs
  • Vendor management
  • Basic coding skills
